I’ve been reaching out to support because I can’t log into my account due to not receiving an OTP. I raised a ticket on Dec 29th, and to this day, I haven’t had any resolution. How hard can it be to help me access my own account?
Now, after multiple failed attempts, it says my account is blocked…
