				<title>I&#039;ve been reaching out to support because I can&#039;t log into my account due to not receiving an OTP. I raised a ticket on Dec 29th, and to this day, I haven&#039;t had any resolution. How hard can it be to help me access my own account?

Now, after multiple failed attempts, it says my account is blocked...</title>
